Substitution Policy

What if my chosen flowers aren't available?

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays.
In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Can I request a specific time for the delivery of my arrangement?

Our delivery time frame is between 10:00 am - 6:00pm. Your order could be arriving at any time of our delivery time frame. 

  • If you need your order delivered in an specific time frame, you may use the "Special Instructions" box located on the order form at the time of the checkout to request a particular time of day for your delivery. 

We cannot guarantee exact times. We do our best with time frames.

On sympathy orders, we check and confirm the date and time of the service with the funeral home. We will deliver your order according to what is requested by the funeral director. 

Our Delivery Time Frame may vary during a Holiday Season as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
