The Flowers Bouquet stands behind every product we sell. We offer our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee with every flower arrangement that we design and deliver. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the flower arrangement we have delivered, simply contact our customer service department: firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to investigate. A photograph will be required to support any claims.
We will do whatever it takes to make it right. Because we know that if you’re not satisfied, neither are we. We will work through what the issue is and determine a solution that may involve a full or partial refund for your purchase, a shop credit or a replacement of the original arrangement at discretion of management.
Reasons that you may be eligible for compensation include:
1. The wrong item was delivered.
2. The order arrives in substandard condition.
3. It was never delivered.
We require a photo to be attached to the customer service request by email, if you received a substandard flower arrangement. Credits issued for replacement bouquets cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
The Flowers Bouquet, does not take responsibility for orders with incorrectly entered delivery addresses. If an order is placed with an incorrect or wrong address, it is the customer's responsibility to reach out to the resident of said address to retrieve the order.
The Flowers Bouquet is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. The Flowers Bouquet will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.
As flowers are perishable, you must water them, otherwise they will not last long. It is the recipient’s responsibility to re-cut and water the arrangement.
If you are ordering flowers for someone else, be sure you are choosing something they would like — style preferences are not grounds for returns
It is your responsibility, as the sender, to ensure that the recipient will be at the location of the delivery on the date of delivery. If the recipient goes home early (if delivered to a workplace) or is out of town (for home deliveries), unbeknownst to us, it is not cause for refund or exchange as we have fulfilled our obligation in delivering upon the date of request as ordered by the sender. We do not call ahead to ensure someone is home, to not spoil surprises.
Should any customer place an order through The Flowers Bouquet and then need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made within 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. If you need to cancel an order after you place it, it is best if you call the flower shop directly at:
